CLUBHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT COMPLETE
Equipment & Service Updates
EPB-Fiber Internet service has been set up at the Clubhouse. Passwords for accessing the Internet are posted one of the bulletin boards. The poolside phone account has been reactivated (423-842-9800). A RING Outdoor Pro Cam has been added for security. The field of view is shown below:
These people did not make a mess or damage property – but they did trespass. One person climbed over the fence and let the other six people in through the gate, After hours, the light at the deep end of the pool, which is on a timer, is off. After hours pool chemistry is adjusted so that it is safe for swimmers throughout the next day. Either of these conditions could have been an unintentional safety issue for these people.
